Bird Trail – from red kite to white throated dipper

The 5.6 kilometer-long bird trail stands courtesy of the Naturpark Diemtigtal – and presents a great attraction for nature lovers, schools, families and children around 10 years of age. The trail leads through numerous natural habitats of native birds, with a precise introduction to the different species presented on 12 information boards. Start and finish of the round-
path are in the vicinity of the Oey-Diemtigen railway station. Duration: 2hours, although the route can be shortened.
