The views of the Rhine delta, the Kreuzberge Mountain and other sensational vistas like the "Hundstein, famous among climbers, accompany the hiker on the way to Saxerlücke. Return to Brülisau via Lake Sämtis (return to Bollenwees is also possible).

During the hike 20 orientation panels inform hikers about the creation of this mountain chain. One can see fossils, eroded structures, subterranean draining lakes, folds and fissures.
