Lofty ridges, deep gorges

Mümliswil – Passwang – Wasserfallen – Mümliswil. Observe the influence of the rocky substratum on landscape features, natural forest vegetation and agricultural land use. See rocky cliff faces rising up vertically, narrow gorges and soft terrain landmarks - depending on the hardness of the rock. The nature of the forest also changes accordingly; sometimes flooded by light, sometimes dark and rather unchanging. Walking time 6 hours, short-cuts possible.
