Sauvabelin is first and foremost a wood overlooking Lausanne. On closer inspection, however, you will find that there is also a romantic little lake, many goats, ducks, geese and black swans. Take your children on a boat trip around the lake. The only sounds that break the silence are the peacock calls. If the children have any energy left at all by the end of the day, you could drop in at one of the playgrounds in the region.
