The Museum of Communication focuses on people and explores their relation to technology and culture. The museum's permanent and special exhibitions make its program both diverse and enriching.

The permanent exhibition "so near and yet so far. People and their Media" provides an overview of communication and its development from body language to the exchange of information in old and new media.

The computer and digital culture also have their own permanent exhibition: "As Time Goes Byte" focuses on new media and the growth of information and computer technology from the middle of the last century to the present.

"Imagery that Sticks: The World of Stamps" is a permanent exhibition on the fascinating story of postage stamps and how they can be interpreted as a mirror to the world.
