The Gommerstuba is the home of rare wines in the Goms area. Chef Rolf Gruber delights in treating guests to new creations with even simple dishes like a salad becoming a culinary landmark. Sample his veal fillet underlaid with chocolate gravy or accentuated with vanilla, curry or saffron.
