Art/Architecture: Café Papon

At the foot of the Baudet Tower (the State Government offices), café Papon offers a wide range of dishes, from roasted duck breast in green pepper sauce to tarte Tatin. There is a lovely terrace at the foot of the neo-classical portico in rue Fazy.
