Our most popular local specialities include whitefish from Lake Thun and kitchen-smoked sausage from Ballenberg. The classic menu is complemented by seasonal menus. The two house wines, Bateau Blanc and Rouge, are produced by local winemaker Matthias Rindisbacher. With our private jetty, you can combine a visit to the Dampfschiff with a boat ride. And those who prefer staying on dry land have the option of an outing in the restaurant’s deux chevaux.
