It is popular with locals and visitors because of its tranquility and the tasty Ticinese cuisine. Large parking space available. Minestrone, busecca (Minestrone with tripe), gnocchi, local sausages, beef knuckles Ticinese style, polenta with mushrooms, etc.
We recommend a visit to the magnificent Romanesque church of Santi Pietro e Paolo (an edifice of national importance). It dates back to the 12th Century. but its origin may be even older. Take a stroll in the shadow of chestnut trees, along the cloister inaugurated in 1799. In about 20 minutes you will reach the stone bridge across the Froda brook, the beautiful waterfall and the church of Santa Petronilla, a beautiful vantage point.
