Traditional restaurant at the foot of the market stairs which lead up to the cathedral; fondue, cheese rarebit and 'papet vaudois' (leek vegetables with sausage) are served to you in a rustic setting on the ground floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city of Lausanne.
