The Tony patisserie has an impressive range of chocolates amongst its creations, including a unique speciality, the "Pavés Tony": a kirsch-soaked biscuit covered with gianduia chocolate, which is then dunked in dark chocolate. A sweet alternative compared to the hard cobblestones ('pavés') of the Rue de Bourg, from which the original speciality derived its name.
