This magnificent wooden chalet used to be a cheese dairy. Rebuilt in 1962 by Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan, it has been run by Robert Speth since 1984. The one-time Chef of the Year combines haute cuisine and regional cooking so skilfully that even his well-travelled and pampered guests are inspired.
