Besides Capuns, Maluns are the best-known representatives of Graubünden’s traditional cuisine. Maluns are prepared from boiled potatoes, which are grated, mixed with flour and roasted in butter. A nice piece of Alpine cheese, applesauce or just a cup of coffee or latte goes well with it. A hearty farmer’s breakfast, just like in the good old times!
