No matter if it's a round Saucisson or a slim Saucisse - what counts is the filling! The people of Neuchâtel only like it best, if two thirds of lean pork meat and one third of bacon mingle with pepper, garlic and salt to form a spicy inner life. The cooked sausage is served on a bed of vegetables. Or it is wrapped and braised in the embers.
