You will find the little town of Boudry somewhat hidden and well protected in the hollow of the valley. The castle houses a wine cellar from the 18th century and a wine museum. During hiking tours in the surrounding countryside you will always have Lake Neuenburg in front of your eyes. The color spectrum of the lake is impressive. Sometimes deep blue, sometimes grey and in the next cove the lake may glitter in turquoise-blue splendor.
