Description
How well tourism and mountain farming go together at Lenzerheide is quite evident on a hike from Alp Scharmoin through alpine forests and past the impressive waterfall of Sanaspans over to the Alp of the same name. Without the relentlessly grazing cows, the pastures would soon turn into weedy patches, and there would be no fresh milk in the mountain cabins at Sanaspans. Hikers interested in the rich flora of this region will find informative panels about many of the plants growing along the way.
