Description
The Freiberg mountains of the Jura have preserved their park-like character as well as their roughness until today. The marsh landscape nature reserve of Etang de la Gruère is a special attraction on this austere plateau. The hiking trail from Etang to Saignelégier leads across horse pastures and past hamlets and Jura farmsteads. Panels inform you about history, nature, climate and culture of the region.
