Description
A characteristic slice of the geological and botanical diversity of the Ticino landscape can be discovered on this nature trail. After the grape harvest, the Ticino autumn offers additional fruits, which only thrive south of the Alps: walks through very colourful chestnut forests are a unique, natural experience. A small quantity of Ticino olive oil is produced from the olive trees in the region. The Kaki trees lend the Ticino late autumn a new colorful lift.
The nature trail begins and ends at Via Stremadone.
