| 00:00: | The hiking route is in certain parts somewhat complicated (too many signs). But if you head straight u up from the valley you will certainly reach Münster.At the Blitzingen train station (stop can be requested) follow the pink sign “Winterwanderweg” (winter hiking trail) along the rail tracks. |
| 00:30: | At Biel train station continue to follow the pink signs. |
| 00:40: | At the next hamlet turn left and hike on this little path up to the village center of Rtzingen. |
| 00:45: | In Ritzingen cross the main road and follow the winter hiking trail (pinks sign). |
| 01:10 | Walk through the village of Gluringen up to the main road. Now turn left and hike about 100 meters along the road. Then rurn down on the right side and follow the winter hiking trail . |
| 01:40 | In the center of Reckingen turn left and hike up the hill. Then cross the main road again and follow the winter hiking trail. |
| 02:45 | From the Post Office return by bus to Frutigen. |
| 02:50 | Walk through the village of Münster by following the pink signs until you reach the train station. From Münster train station, there is a fairly regular train service back to Blitzingen. |
