Description
Lavin - Guarda - Ftan
At Lavin Railway Station follow the hiking trail in the direction of Guarda (Guarda 75 minutes). In Guarda continue your hike in the direction of Ardez. In Bos-cha, hike straight ahead towards Ardez. Above Ardez, follow the hiking trail to Ftan. When you reach a road fork turn right and hike towards Ftan. In Ftan walk to the Post Office. In Ftan there are regular buses to Scuol. From Scuol you can take a train back to Lavin.
The village of Guarda, situated on a terrace, is unforgettable. Its village center is one of Switzerland’s most beautiful. This is evident thanks to the outstanding village fountains and the numerous, lovingly restored Graubünden-style houses. The easy hike lets you enjoy the magnificent landscape.
