Local farmers deliver their milk, produced using natural and silo-free methods, to the Glauser family at this cheese factory. Here it is made into Emmentaler AOC, a wide range of cheese specialities such as Appenberger, Kiesentaler and Hanfmutschli, or into such things as Yoghurt, butter and Ziger cheese.
