The Museum für Gestaltung Zürich is Switzerland's premier design and visual communication museum. In late September 2014, it opened Schaudepot, its new location on the Toni-Areal in Zurich. In addition to the exhibition spaces, you will find the museum’s four collections with over 500,000 design objects in one place.
Soldiers dying by the wayside, civilian refugees with their entire possessions and an army that gives up its weapons at the Swiss border: the Bourbaki-Panorama is simultaneously witness to the history of the media and of war in the 19th century.
Switzerland's oldest art museum is home to one of the country's most distinguished collections that includes outstanding works spanning eight centuries.
