Titlis – up to the summer snow

The aerial cable car to the summit of Mt. Titlis offers one of the most panoramic views of mountain peaks and glaciers. During the last 600 meters of the ascent the gondola lift revolves once by 360 degrees and gives visitors an unrestricted 360-degree view of the alpine landscape.

A cable car with a twist – emblazoned with the Swiss cross on its underside, the “Rotair” revolving gondola turns around its own axis as it floats over the glacier towards the Titlis. The top section of the Titlis cableway is spectacular; the Titlis Xpress runs from Engelberg via the Trübsee lake and directly to the Stand transfer station.
