In the midst of the "Lapis", a round sandstone rock polished by the nearby Tsanfleuron Glacier, and the famous "Quille du Diable" ("Devil's Skittle Pin"). Edmée, the warden of the hut, treats her guests to a glass of Johannisberg (from the vineyard in the valley) and home-baked cake. The hike continues to the Sanetsch Pass, the Saane source and in the direction of Gsteig/Gstaad or to the Valais.
