The Kunstmuseum Luzern is located on the top floor of the Culture and Convention Center Lucerne (KKL), and was designed by Parisian architect Jean Nouvel as well.
The Romans were using the thermal springs – the richest in minerals in Switzerland – as early as 2000 years ago. Healing waters rise from 19 springs at 47°C, promoting physical, mental and spiritual equilibirum.
The large machines have been shut down but it is far from quiet here. Whether students, designers, entrepreneurs or residents – between modern spirit and nostalgia they all find this the perfect place to realise their ideas.
