Art and History Museum

History museums – The museum has a rich art and history collection, from the beginning of time to today. The Hôtel Ratzé houses the largest collection of sculptures from the first half of the 16th century in Switzerland. In the old abattoir, visitors can see the works of Delacroix, Courbet, Marcello, Hodler, Crotti and Tinguely. There are also many temporary exhibitions here.

Claude Delley the fisherman

Local producers – Rain or shine - each day at the crack of dawn Claude Delley goes out on Lake Neuchâtel and returns with his catch of fresh fish. He smokes the bondelle fish in his own smokehouse in the traditional way. This passionate fisherman also enjoys taking guests out in his boat.
