Belalp-Riederalp suspended bridge

The connection between Belalp and Riederalp. For many decades, the Belalp – Riederalp trail passed only over the Aletsch glacier. Even small livestock was taken across to the other side of the glacier in this way. Metal ladders were later required on account of the shrinkage of the glacier, and today a suspended bridge crosses the ice-free gorge. Walking time 4.5h.

13 Kilometer-long toboggan fun

13 kilometres of tobogganing fun: the Fiescheralp is easily accessible by aerial cableway and then by typical Valais Gosky sleigh.

Up on the Fiescheralp tobogganists are surrounded 4000-meter-high peaks as far as the eye can see. A breathtaking mountain world together with attractive toboggan run from the Fiescheralp to Lax make this an unforgettable experience for all the family.
