Mountain biking – Explore the Pays d'Enhaut by bike. Pays d'Enhaut with its rich, flowering meadows, and its dark green pine forests, is tailor-made for nature sports. The bike trails are very demanding in part and may provoke some cramping in your calves. The tour up to Lac de l'Hongrin is short, but it will surprise you with some tricky slopes.

Espace horloger

Local museum – For more than two hundred and fifty years, the Vallée de Joux has revelled in the success of its watchmaking industry. The watchmaking businesses of today are guardians of this long tradition with the best proof for this being the prestigious brands that have long been established in the Vallée de Joux. There is a collection of antique wall clocks dating back to between the 16th and 19th centuries, an exhibition detailing the history of watchmaking, and the reconstruction of an old watchmaking workshop and many temporary exhibitions.

Espace horloger in Sentier presents current productions by the main watchmaking companies in Joux Valley, the cradle of grande complication watches.

Combe Grède

Sights – A huge crevice vertically divides the ridge over St-Imier into two parts – the Combe Grède. The craggy cliff faces are inhabited by chamois and marmots, even pellegrine falcons and wood grouse can be seen. The 14-km-long and steep walk from Villeret through the Combe Grède direct to the Chasseral is very demanding, takes a good 6 hours and should only be undertaken by experienced hikers. The start and end point can be reached using public transportation.
