Brontallo is a tiny village in a sidevalley of Locarno set in the Alps of Ticino. The river Maggia forms a circular dive-in pool fed by a waterfall. This romantic wild canyon, surrounded by high cliffs, is the venue of the WHDF Cliff-Diving World Tour.

The space for the public is limited to 1000 persons a day. The platform is situated at 26 m. In this arena the public is very close to the breath-taking action of world's best athletes, executing multiple somersaults with twists.
