Relais de Chambésy
Relais de Chambésy – This former coaching inn is now a smart country hotel, popular all year round, not least for its fine, tasty cooking, using lots of fresh ingredients. The chef Jean-Luc Bocquet treats guests to daily specialities made with fresh produce from the market. There is also a wide selection of wines from the Geneva region and other areas.
Relais de l’Entrecôte
Typical restaurants – By far the most popular dish at the centrally located Relais de l’Entrecôte is salad, prime sirloin steak and chips. The sauce is made to the chef's secret recipe, and the chips are second to none. For the finishing touch, don't forget to have a dessert, such as "Chocolat liégois" (chocolate ice-cream) or profiteroles with chocolate sauce.
Halle de Rive
Culinary activities – For more than 30 years, the various suppliers at the Halle de
Rive have acted as ambassadors for the best and freshest
foods of the Geneva region: fish from Lake Geneva, game and
poultry, as well as flowers in a warm and welcoming setting.
