The Rischli holiday and wellness hotel, renovated in summer/autumn 2005, is one of the top hotels in Sörenberg. Along with its traditional cuisine, it offers menus focussing on fitness, health and wellness. The hotel is one of the certified partners of the Biosphere and the dairy and meat products it uses are mainly sourced from the region.
The Gasthaus Jägerheim is a family-run business in the little village of Ausserbinn. Gourmets can enjoy a special menu here, a tribute to the hotel king Caesar Ritz. This restaurant, on the road between Ernen and Binn, is famous for its wonderful specialities made from locally hunted game. The hotel has about a dozen rooms offering every comfort.
