If you book in advance, you can enjoy a raclette meal at the dairy.

The Turtmann Hut: Sacred Fire at the foot of the Barr Horn.

This hut belonging to the Swiss Alpine Club and lying at 2519 metres can be reached in two hours from Senntum in the Turtmann valley. It’s the ideal starting place for mountaineering tours and mountain hikes, for example to the Barrhorn (3610m). The hut team pampers its guests with regional specialities and delicious homemade tortes.

In 1920 the idea is born to build an SAC Hut at the remotest corner of the Turtmann Valley.
