Val de Travers

Winterdestinations – The Val de Tavers is characterised by the watch industry and extends from Lake Neuenburg across the Jura all the way to the French border. Asphalt mines and the rock circus of the Creux du Van are features of the Val de Tavers as are a sparkling wine production, steam trains and the TGV high-speed train. However, the valley's secret star is the «Grüne Fee» (green fairy).

Les Cernets - Cernil Circuit

Cross-Country Skiing – The piste from Les Cernets (1,150 m) to Chincul-Dessous (1,110 m) crosses glades and forests alternately. Over some ten kilometres, you will find the great open spaces around the La Brevine valley.

From the village of La Brevine, a good climb leads the skiier to the top of the Cotards and Fontenettes plateau.
