Jurassisches Bauernmuseum (Jura Farmers Museum)

Local museum – Return to rural life with a visit to the Farmers Museum. The main attraction is the building itself, a large double storey farmhouse from the 16th century with a shingled roof. This museum north of Tramelan depicts the homes of two peasant families from centuries past, and makes for an impressive insight into what life was like back then. Open all year round upon request.

Theme and discovery trails – Hiking trail in the forest reserve: The forests of Joux Pélichet and Combe Girard are part of a unique natural area. Educational information panels from the forest administration explain the great significance of the forest and the importance of the role it plays. The trail is open the whole year round.
