The architecture of the village points to various influences: stone houses like in the south, wooden barns like in Central Switzerland. The hike up to Lago di Mognola is very interesting as regards culture and landscape. You will come across sparse mountain forests, cascading waterfalls, lush vegetation, wonderful resting places and traces of ancient water conduits made from stone.
