La Tzoumaz: Western Switzerland's Longest Toboggan Run

From La Tzoumaz, a new cable car takes you to Savoleyres, which is 2,354 m above sea level. The toboggan run starts at the summit station, taking you all the way to the village La Tzoumaz.

With a length of 10 km and a difference of 848 min altitude, the toboggan run is extremely long and fairly fast; you build up a good speed as you go! The toboggan run of La Tzoumaz is the longest of Western Switzerland. Small children should be accompanied by adults on this run. Six times a year, Tobogganing events, including a fondue at the mountain restaurant in Savoleyres, are held on Friday and Saturday full moon evenings in January, February and March.
