Located at the heart of the ski runs and snow shoe pathways, the large terrace of the Hôtel-Restaurant de Plan-Francey offers a magnificent panoramic view, extending from the Lac de la Gruyère, round to Les Diablerets. The restaurant is open in the evenings for night-hikers. Friday and Saturday nights from Janurary to March, "forfait funi fondue" (flat rate fondue) for CHF 25.- per person. Inclusive: single- return with calble railway and a fondue.
