The chef recommends his cheese- and champignon specialties, "Pigs trotters" Phillippe style and "hotpot of veal's head"; he also has one of the best wine cellars in the region. Family-run tradition, lodgings in rooms, dormitories or chalets, all in a sublime mountain setting. A range of menus available for groups and seminar rooms. Available for booking: a soirée based on whatever theme you would like (torchlit descent, sledging, folklore evening, etc.). Excellent atmosphere for weddings in beautiful alpine atmosphere.
