300 years ago the Valais building was dismantled from its original lower site near the Dischmabach and then rebuilt somewhat higher at its present location. The path through the Dischma valley was an important route across the Scalettapas into the Engadin for pack-horse drivers. The lounges are panelled with original Swiss stone pine. The sunny terrace offers a beautiful panorama into the Dischma valley and over the Parsenn.
