Market-fresh traditional dishes. Alpine macaroni and cheese slices. One hit is the homemade mushroom soup. Cheese fondue incl. mushroom fondue, tomato fondue, smoked fondue and cheese fondue with our own house blend. Large wine cellar and exquisite Grappa specialities. Regular candlelight dinners. Each 1st Sunday of the month Niederbauen brunch.

The 8-seater cabin lift runs upon request (4 persons minimum). On Niederbauen, you will enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Central Switzerland's lakes and mountains. The property has a large panorama hall for 70 to 100 persons, a panoramic Fondue Parlour for 30 people and a seminar room with a capacity of 20. A wedding suite and hotel rooms in the Austrian style as well as multiple bunks/mattresses round off the offering.
