Culinary Delights

Valaisian specialties such as our “Grottuspiessli (Grotto skewer) with salads and country-style potatoes”, various Risottos, etc. We have specialized in homemade desserts, cakes and gateaux: Chocolate cake, apple strudel, almond croissants, fruitcake... accompanied by various kinds of fine coffees with or without a jigger of brandy. Visitors’ mouths and eyes pop open when they see our “monster coffees!”!

Specialities

Cozy restaurant with Swedish ceramic stove. Large sun-drenched terrace (covered in inclement weather, heated and closed in by side walls). Snow Bar offering Raclette prepared at the stove and Bratwurst from the grill.
Dinner on request. The season opens with local country music on the second weekend in December.
