Intro
In the forests of the Yverdon-les-Bains region, just above the vineyards, the strolls guided by truffle connoisseurs provide a unique opportunity to discover this secret world. The programme includes: various truffle finding activities and demonstrations with a dog.
Truffle research can be organised on a customized basis according to the wishes of the participants and the company. The demonstration of ‘cavage’ (truffle research) is given by an expert with his dog, and will be followed by a tasting of wine and local produce. A meal, varying according to the season, with or without truffles, can be arranged in a quality restaurant. For small groups (up to 10 participants), we can also organise a cooking workshop with local produce and truffles. A cheese-truffle fondue can be served aboard a horse-drawn carriage (max. 36 participants - 3 carriages).
