All the rooms are equipped according to the most demanding standards' to allow the speakers to present their documents (texts, videos, multimedia) under the best conditions: access to Internet, videoconference facilities (IP and ISDN), interactive voting system allowing the immediate feedback of the assembly, internal video duplex transmission capability, including with the operation rooms. Located strategically at the center of the auditorium area, a large exhibition space, with a surface of 500 m2 on 2 levels, offers a meeting point to all participants.
