Support of (most) Swiss Convention Bureaux:
- Submission of quotations
- Reservations of room allotments and meeting spaces
- Information regarding excursions, restaurants
- Support, organization, accompaniment with/of site inspections (hotels, locations, excursions, side programmes), most even cover costs (catering, accommodation)
- Handling of hotels via DMC or PCO
- Forwarding of information and documentation material to organizing committee for participants (mainly for congresses)
- Distribution of documentation material to local hotels
- Presentations (also at previous venue)
- Sponsoring of cocktail receptions during a congress
- Possible financial support (to e.g. in Lucerne, valid from 1.1.10)

Basel
Mobility Ticket
- Receipt upon check-in at hotel: Free use of public transport in the city of Basel and its environs for the entire duration of the stay
- On the day of arrival: the reservation confirmation from the hotel guarantees a free transfer by public transport from the railway station or the EuroAirport to the hotel
Book your meeting with at least 100 overnights in 2010 (meeting taking place in 2010 or later) through the Convention Bureau from Basel Tourism and you will receive 2 city tours from Basel Tourism free of charge
Engadin St. Moritz
- Summer: Mountain railways and public transportation free of charge, from 2 overnights and in most hotels. Tickets upon check-in. Daily free classic morning concerts in Pontresina and St. Moritz from mid-June until mid-September
- Winter: Use of public transportation included in the ski pass

Geneva - Transport Card
- Receipt upon check-in at hotel, youth hostel or camping: Free public transportation (TPG buses and trams, CFF trains and Geneva ‛Mouettes‛ – lake boats) for the whole duration of the stay

- Geneva Tourism & Convention Bureau can organize a hospitality desk for congress/conference participants at Geneva International Airport, with welcome message on plasma screens
Interlaken
Visitor’s Card:
- Receipt upon check-in at hotel, free use of public busses, free access to the Casino Interlaken, reductions for the trip to Schilthorn/Piz Gloria (voucher could f.ex. be added to the congress documentation). In this case card must be applied for at the Schilthorn cable car
Lake Geneva Region
Les Diablerets
- Free Access Card: Valid from June to October, spend at least 1 overnight at the destination to take advantage from many reductions on infrastructure and services. Received upon check-in at hotel
- Hôtel des Diablerets: Free rental of the 5 meeting rooms when paying the seminar package (overnight and meals). Welcome drink

- - 15 minutes satisfaction contract: If a guest complains, the hotel staff solves the problem within 15 minutes and if the problem is not solved after 15 minutes, the guest stays for free
