Views over the Bernese Alps as far as Lake Thun and the Simmen Valley are truly amazing, and even more spectacular as viewed from the new and transparent glass pavillion. Even luckier are those who spend the night at the Niesen Kulm mountain guesthouse, becase they get stunning sunrise and sunset views thrown in tool!

Once a year competitors measure their stamina here on the world’s longest stairway (11'674 steps) alongside the railway line - but other than that stepping around this spot is not permitted!
