From the village a leisurely ascent through pine forests and meadows takes you to the Passo Passetti (2,028 m above sea level).
The small village of San Bernadino nestles surrounded by wonderful countryside and offers a choice of walks and excursions. Fishing is permitted in summer. From the pass through the valley you reach Valbella, a beautiful holiday village. Then you continue alongside the river until you reach Rossa (1069m above sea level) where the postbus awaits your arrival. The walk takes 6 hours.
The careful planning of a hiking tour will ensure that you also derive the maximum pleasure and enjoyment from it. Please take the time to contact the local information centre and enquire about route and weather conditions before setting off. Your intended hiking trail may be fully or partially closed, depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
