The vineyard hiking trail through the Lavaux from Ouchy to Villeneuve is suitable for all, including families. Panels describe the work done by the winegrowers, the types of grapes, soil types, wines and traditions of this region. Local culinary specialties include leek stew, Papet vaudois in French. Leeks are chopped into pieces and cooked with onions, white wine and beef-broth. Potatoes are added to the pot, then cream, and all ingredients are baked. Further highlights: Saucisson vaudois, Omble chevalier (char - a type of fish, caught in Lake Geneva), Tarte au vin (wine cake).

The part of the hike covering Chexbres - Epesses - plage de Moratel - Cully is well sign-posted.
