This Freeride Tour begins at the valley station of the Rothornbahn. For the challenging downhill run, take the cable car up to the summit of the Rothorn (2865 m high). For the easy downhill run, take the cable car up to the halfway station at Scharmoin (1904 m high). You can use either station as a starting point from which to freeride down to Churwalden via Valbella, Parpan and Mittelberg. In Churwalden, bikers can travel up to the Wasserböden (mountain station) on the Alp Stätz chairlift. From there, they can follow the bike trail to Alp Stätz, Alp Lavoz and Alp Nova and from there down to Tgantieni and via Val Sporz back to Lenzerheide.

Lenzerheide - Rothorn - Parpan - Churwalden - Alp Stätz - Tgantieni - Sporz - Lenzerheide

Start: Take the Rothornbahn up to the summit and the Runda-Lai and there follow the signs to Churwalden. In Churwalden, take the Stätz chairlift to Stätzer Täli and from there continue on, via Lavoz, to Tgantieni. (This tour is suitable for children, but only from the halfway station at Scharmoin).
