Short via ferrata route. Especially suitable for families with children. Can be opened very rapidly in the spring, as it is south-facing.
Difficulty
K2. The via ferrata on the Brunnistöckli is a classic taster route or beginners-route. The climb can be left at any time along its entire length. The descent then comes down via the Alpine meadow.

Start- and end-point
With the Engelberg-Brunni cable-car to the Ristis station. From there by chairlift to the SAC Brunnihütte lodge.Walk-in
From the chairlift mountain station next to the SAC Brunnihütte lodge, take a marked path heading south-east to Türli. Immediately after Türli, the route rises steeply to the left, towards the mountain. Follow the white-blue-white markers to the starting-point.

Brunnistöckli via ferrata
The via ferrata to Brunnistöckli is a suitable via ferrata for beginners. The short climb and the 200-metre rise in height are easily handled. The two suspension bridges contribute to making it an enjoyable experience for young and old alike. In combination with the via ferrata on the Rigidalstock, it makes for a very rewarding tour.

Descent
From Schonegg via the path with the white-blue-white markers back to the SAC Brunnihütte lodge.
