Cinemtography - Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Dhai Akshar Prem Ke, Judai and Hero - Love story of a Spy are some of the Indian movies filmed in the picturesque location. Besides these, the James Bond film 'On her Majesty's Secret Service' was filmed on the Schilthorn.

UNESCO - On the mountaintop visit the Ice Palace and the Aletsch Glacier and The Jungfraujoch, UNESCO World Natural Heritage sites. Watch husky dogs on their sleds and ibex grazing on the mountain slopes. The grandeur of these majestic peaks leave the seasoned travellers speechless and asking for more.
Ballenberg Open Air Museum - A visit to Switzerland as it used to be. A 100 original century-old buildings from all over Switzerland, demonstrating typical crafts and with 250 native farmyard animals, Ballenberg creates a vivid impression of rural life in bygone days. In the workshops, craftsmen, using authentic tools, demonstrate old handicrafts and trades: from wood-carving, basket-weaving, spinning, weaving, bobbin-lace making and forging to making cheese and baking bread. Three pleasant restaurants gladly serve you tasty Swiss specialities. However, for the adventurous, they can put the wood on the fire and enjoy a barbecue at one of their picnic areas.
Mürren - A village with a difference. Traditionally rich and perched on a high sunny terrace Mürren is a beautiful mountain village. Being a public car free resort, the mountain air here is fresh, crisp and clear. Summertime results in this village displaying a rainbow of colours with a myriad range of exotic mountain flowers, all in full bloom. A short walk around the village, and maybe you will know what it feels like to visit paradise. Besides the culturally rich churches and schools, you can visit the Trummelbach falls, Ballenberg Open Air museum, Alpine Dairy for Cheese making and also do some exciting mountain sports.
Some other very interesting villages in Interlaken are Bönigen, Habkern, Iseltwald, Ringgenberg etc. There are also, some lovely cruises being conducted on the Lakes of Thun and Brienz.

Belvedere Brasserie - The place is elegant, with a
wide terrace for dining outside and enjoy the view of the Jungfrau. The
staff is warm and welcoming, and there is no dress code. The Berner Rosti is delicious, with thin slices of meat in a mushroom sauce. With many dishes you have the option of a smaller portion: it is about 3/4 of the standard one.
