1st day:
Scuol–Tschierv (31 km): This stage offers a thrilling taste of the Alps’ scenic variety. From Scuol, the route climbs the Val S-charl, leading along the edge of the Swiss National Park and through the pretty hamlet of S-charl and the enchanting Swiss stone pine forest of Tamangur. The ride up to the Pass da Costainas through dwarf pines reveals glorious views, before the trail drops through scented larch forests to the sunny hamlet of Lü and down to Tschierv in Val Müstair.

2nd day:
Tschierv–Livigno (I, 40 km): A bracing 1,150 vertical metres of climbs ends in Livigno, over the border in Italy. The first ascent from Tschierv leads through sparse forests of larch into the delightful Val Mora, said to be one of Switzerland’s finest high valleys. A stony trail leads from the border past pretty lakes and over a col to Livigno.

3rd day:
Livigno (I)–St. Moritz (44 km): The ride out of Livigno challenges even experts, with a steep gravel track climbing more than 800 vertical metres to the Pass Chaschauna. You need all your skills, too, for the downhill run beyond. From S-chanf, enjoy a gentle ride up the Engadin valley – with the option of a dip in delightful Lake Staz.
